About the position
We are proud to offer a short but rewarding assignment as a Jr Planner at our client, a sought-after employer with an office in the heart of Stockholm. Your tasks
In this role, you will support the sales and logistics team by ensuring smooth order management and delivery processes. You will handle incoming and outgoing orders, update inventory status in the system, and coordinate deliveries to ensure they reach customers on time. The role also involves optimizing order flows, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that scheduling and deliveries meet set goals.
Examples of tasks:
- Manage and administer orders
- Ensure correct inventory status and updates in the system
- Coordinate and follow up on deliveries
- Adjust demand allocations per market
- Create orders based on analyses
- Handle data sets and create incidents
- Perform other administrative tasks in demand and supply systems
Your qualities
The person we are looking for is a clever, quick learner, humble, and a delightful doer, who can quickly adapt to new systems. You can work at a fast pace without compromising quality, and you have an eye for numbers that quickly detects any errors. As a person, you are social, outgoing, and positive, which makes it easy for you to work with others, and you take responsibility for your tasks. It is certainly a great advantage if you have an interest in clothing and fashion!

Qualifications:
- A higher degree in business administration, purchasing, or another relevant field
- Some administrative work experience
- Experience in similar tasks
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with systems
- Very comfortable expressing yourself in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
Meritorious:
- Passion for fashion & women's clothing
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment for 1.5 months. Immediate start.
